Pay-per-view:
Pay per view is an alternative to electronic subscriptions. It is the most cost effective form of online access to our journals or books. By using your credit card, instant access to the desired article including the full text and illustrations is granted. Fees are favorable when compared to document delivery charges. There is no waiting for the article to arrive in the library or to your office. You get it when and where you need it, as you may download the article instantly as a PDF file direct to your personal computer.

Claims:
Claims for missing issues are only accepted within 4 months of dispatch. If your order has been processed via a Subscription Agent, kindly contact them to claim the missing issue(s).

Cancellations:
No refunds will be made after the first issue of the journal for the year has been dispatched.

There are various subscription options, namely:
Print or Online: Print or single site online only ordering option where the standard print or online only rates are charged.
Print and Online: In addition to the standard print or online only rate we levy a 10% surcharge for online access in the case of Academic Institutions and a 20% surcharge for Corporate Institutions. This applies to a single site license only.
